Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter
The rotary drum vacuum filter is mainly composed of a rotary drum part, a storage tank part, a distribution head part, a power transmission device, a filter cake washing device, an agitator, and a scraper discharge device. The filtering equipment can use stainless steel, plastic, titanium, rubber lining and plastic mesh, which can meet the requirements of various corrosive materials.
For the suspension, the specific gravity of the solid is not too large, the particle size is not too coarse, the filter cake is a little sticky, and the speed of the solid phase sedimentation is not more than 12 mm. A filter with a scraper can be selected. Mainly used in the filtration of metal hydroxide, blast furnace dust, paper industry, desulfurization, petrochemicals, iron oxide pulp, various industrial waste water, tailing, etc.

Rotary Drum Vacuum and Pre-coating Filter can discharge filter cakes automatically in coordination with scrapers.  It can automatically carry out continuous operation under the condition of vacuum filtration. It can provide specially solid-liquid separation solution for soliquoid (slurry, sludge, etc) with such characteristics as fine-grained, colloid, block (blinding) etc, and reclaim clarified efflluent of high quality.
