Carbon black is a highly dispersed black powdery substance produced by the cracking and incomplete combustion of hydrocarbons, It is mainly composed of carbon elements, and the microcrystals have a quasi-graphite structure, and are concentrically oriented, and their "particles" are composed of nearly spherical or other irregularly shaped aggregates.
Carbon black uses:
Mainly used as reinforcing agent and filler for rubber, its consumption is about half of rubber consumption. Carbon black for rubber accounts for 94% of the total carbon black, of which about 60% is used in tire manufacturing. In addition, it is also used as a colorant for inks, coatings and plastics, and as a UV-shielding agent for plastic products. It is also an important additive in many other products, such as electrodes, dry batteries, resistors, cosmetics and polishing pastes.

Mainly used in rubber, paint, ink, nickel metal hydride battery anode and other industries.

It is mainly used in the tread rubber, the curtain cloth rubber, radial tire,bias tire,sidewall rubber and other high quality rubber products.

Carbon Black N550 is suitable for the natural rubber and each kind of synthetic rubber. It is easy to disperse and can endow with high endurance capacity, pressing out with high speed, the shape of meatus inflates slightly, pressing out smooth surface. has high temperature performance and heat conduction performance reinforce strong performance, elasticity and and easy to be recovered. It is mainly used in the tire cord rubber, sidewall tyre, radial tire,bias tire,the tire tube and rolling product.
